Yoga Mats

For most everyday yoga practice, a 4.5 – 5mm mat offers a good balance of cushioning, stability and connection to the floor. Our 4.5mm Premium and Align mats are designed for versatile everyday practice, while our 5mm Coco mats provide additional cushioning and a more durable and easier to clean surface for more frequent use. For travel, our lightweight 1.5mm mats prioritise portability and lightweight, and can be folded into luggage.

Grip depends on both the mat surface and your practice. All our yoga mats provide a high-grip surface. Our Premium PU mats provide superior grip for less demanding practice, while the Coco range combines PU with coconut fibre to add a more durable and easier to clean surface. For hot and particularly sweaty practice, our Hot Yoga Mat uses a moisture-absorbing suede surface designed specifically for those conditions.

An alignment yoga mat features visual guides that provide reference points for the position of your hands, feet and body. Our Align mats combine these positioning guides with a grippy PU surface and supportive natural rubber base, helping you explore positioning and consistency throughout your practice.

For travelling, choose a mat that is thin, lightweight and easy to pack. Our 1.5mm Travel Yoga Mats can be folded into luggage while still providing a grippy practice surface. Choose the Align Travel Mat if you also want visual positioning guides while practising away from home.
