Delivery, Refunds & Returns Policy
Delivery
We offer free UK standard delivery.
International Shipping: We ship in most countries! Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination and customs regulations. For countries listed at checkout, total price includes delivery, tax and customs. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email info@yoga-collective.co.uk and we’d be happy to provide specific shipping costs. This includes Canary Islands.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, and your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays, so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday. Quoted delivery transit times commence from the dispatch of your order from our warehouse.
We use several courier providers, including the following:
- Evri
- DPD
- UPS
- Royal Mail
If, for any reason, you don’t want any of the specific courier delivering your parcel, please add a note to the order with your request or send us an email as soon as you place the order. Alternative couriers may incur in additional charges. Please note that we won’t be able to accommodate changes once the order has been processed and shipping label created.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information and a link to track your package. Please check the tracking information for your expected delivery date and time. Please note that once the order has left our warehouse, we have no control over timings and any delivery issue will need to be investigated directly with the couriers. We will do our best to facilitate and help with the process.
Deliveries can be anytime between 8:00am and 8:00pm, although this can vary depending on the courier. If you are not going to be in for the scheduled delivery as per your tracking details, you should be able to rearrange your delivery directly with the courier by following the instructions on the email or the tracking page. Please note that local Collection Points can hold your package for up to a maximum of 10 calendar days. We cannot offer refund if a parcel if lost due to missed collections or not re-arranged deliveries.
Please note: Delivery times may vary or be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unexpected courier or customs delays.
Allow enough time, if you’re ordering for a gift, to avoid disappointment.
If your order’s shipping time appears longer than usual, it may include a pre-order item.
Pre-orders are products not yet in stock but available to purchase in advance — perfect if you want to secure your item before it officially launches or comes back in stock.
You’ll find the estimated shipping date for each pre-order listed on its product page.
If you’d like your order to arrive sooner, try selecting a different colour or style that’s currently in stock.

Returns & Refunds
How to return an existing item?
Use our Returns Portal or email info@yoga-collective.co.uk detailing why the item is being returned and quoting your order number. We will send you a return confirmation email detailing the return address.
From receipt, you have 14 days to decide if you want to return any item from your order. Your item must be in its original unused and unrolled condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. If no manufacturer defect is present, and the item is in its unused condition, we can only offer a credit note or a refund, for the value of the return item. It is the customer responsibility to ensure the products are suitable, based on the specifications described.
Where possible, we ask that you return all items in their original packaging.
Items that have been used cannot be returned or refunded. Any items that have clearly been used will be not refunded even if they are returned to us. Any rejected returns cannot be reshipped. Instead, they will either be donated or disposed of if there are no other viable options available.
For non-UK purchases, we cannot offer a refund if the items are being returned because the customer has refused delivery or has refused to pay tax duties on the shipment.
For non-UK purchases, the items may be returned subject to our discretion, and may incur a 15% restocking and handling/custom charge. Goods must be returned in usable and resealable conditions, including all fittings and ancillaries.
Please note we do not cover return postage costs (see return conditions below).
Should 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we receive the item it will be inspected and processed. We will then confirm via email what action we have taken.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase and, in the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and contact you via email. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and if any item is in unsuitable condition, we will email you to confirm why it is in unsuitable condition, and no refund will be issued. We might offer to have the item sent back to you.
Please note, all returns must be packaged in suitable packaging.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we recommend that you use a postal service that both insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature upon receipt. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: All refunds will take 10 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

My return was processed but I wasn’t refunded my delivery charge
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but deduct the delivery charge except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the item you are returning.
