Can I exchange or return items?
Most items are returnable for an exchange or refund withing 14 days from receiving your order, providing the items have not been unsealed or used. Please check the full return terms & conditions
How long does delivery typically take?

How do I care for my mat?
It is normal for your mat to have a slight scent when first opened, for best results unroll or hang your mat for 24-48hrs until the scent disappears. This is a perfectly normal scent with PU material.
How to clean your mat:
- For regular cleaning, spray some soapy water and gently wipe over the mat, allow to dry naturally.
- For a deeper clean, combine 1 cup lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Use a microfibre cloth to gently rub over the stain, clean and wipe.
Hang or leave the mat unrolled and let it dry completely before rolling or using.
Avoid soaking - too much water can seep into the base and damage the mat
